Received delivery of my 2 reels and have to say what a lovely reel. Very smooth in operation, built well and excellent value for money. I can’t fault the quality. Also I have to comment on the service provided which was excellent and my order was processed and delivered promptly.
Got the CS5 3000 and 4000 reels on the buy one get one free offer. Have to say these are lovely bits of kit and are solidly constructed. Would not hesitate to recommend cadence products to others, and also Edge tackle needs a mention.

I bought two of the reels recently on the Cadence buy one get one free offer. I have just recently taken up fishing again after 25 years away. I am an older angler and I was told about these reels from a friend so I went on the site and purchased the CS5 3000 and 4000 reels. I use the 3000 filled with 4lb line for float and the 4000 with 8lb for feeder fishing.
I normally fish the local canal or small lakes nearby, and have also used them at a commercial fishery nearby. I am really impressed with the quality of these reels, they are well made, feel very smooth and line lay is good, they also come with a spare spool. I couldn’t find any negative points.
Even if I had paid the full price for the reels I would feel it was a worthy investment, so if you can take advantage of any of the BOGOF offers you will get a great reel at a bargain price.
I am going to be upgrading my old rods next so where better to look than on the Cadence website.
