This reel is far better than any of the reels I currently own.
Smooth rotation, positive bale arm, smooth clutch and looks good.
Along with 3 spools and a spare handle (double) what's not to like.
Excellent reel just as expected I’m so impressed with cadence rods I’m replacing all my old rods with them and possibly will be doing the same with my reels would highly recommended anyone to buy them
Recently purchased 2 of the 4000 model and have to say this is far and away a quality piece of engineering. Am especially impressed by the smoothness of the drag, first time out managed to land a 14 lb Common with no problems at all (had been fishing for Bream so was not expecting that one!!). Just need to save up for the 3000's now-if you're after a top reel I would seriously recommend this reel series.
I bought 2 of these recently as I needed something a little smaller for float fishing the Severn . I’ve not used them yet but I already own 3 x cs5000s so I know the build quality is excellent in the cadence cs10 range . Faultless reels along with the customer service .
Excellent reels I now have 5 of theese reels now no complaints.
