Cadence CS10 4000 Match Reel

This reel is far better than any of the reels I currently own.
Smooth rotation, positive bale arm, smooth clutch and looks good.
Along with 3 spools and a spare handle (double) what's not to like.

Excellent reel just as expected I’m so impressed with cadence rods I’m replacing all my old rods with them and possibly will be doing the same with my reels would highly recommended anyone to buy them

Recently purchased 2 of the 4000 model and have to say this is far and away a quality piece of engineering. Am especially impressed by the smoothness of the drag, first time out managed to land a 14 lb Common with no problems at all (had been fishing for Bream so was not expecting that one!!). Just need to save up for the 3000's now-if you're after a top reel I would seriously recommend this reel series.

Excellent reels I now have 5 of theese reels now no complaints.

I bought 2 of these recently as I needed something a little smaller for float fishing the Severn . I’ve not used them yet but I already own 3 x cs5000s so I know the build quality is excellent in the cadence cs10 range . Faultless reels along with the customer service .

I brought 2 CS10 4000's on the Black Friday 2 for 1 deal . I already have 2 of these superb reels and cannot fault them . Super smooth , great drag , robust and they look good .
As always , the service from Cadence was fantastic and delivery very fast

I purchased two of these with the BOGOF offer. They arrived in super quick time & on first inspection they look & feel every bit as good as I have been told they were by several friends. Super smooth both winding & the feel of the drag, lovely & lightweight, 3 spools !!!! & a choice of single or double handle. I can't wait to use them , I'm sure they will perform just as well as they feel & as well as I have been told by many. Exceptional value for money with this offer, worth the price for just the one reel.

I bought two of these reels in the Black Friday offer. I already own one which I am more that satisfied with but having extra reels will enable me to have multiple rods set up and ready to fish with. Since I bought my original CS10 Cadence now include a double handle (not sure if I will use that) and two spare spools so I can keep some loaded up in my tackle bag should I change target species or method during a session.
When I bought my first CS10 I handed my trotting rod to a friend who is a skilled engineer and ultra picky when it comes to tackle. His first words were "this is a good reel".
My order was delivered the next working day by a caring courier (No EVRI cowboy like some suppliers use).
I can see me having the Cadence name on every rod and reel I own before long!

I got two 4000 reels through the Black Friday two for one offer. Used them for the first time on a match today. Very happy with them, top quality, smooth, lovely drag mechanism and the line lay is as good as any on the market. Thanks James

Hi I have just purchased my second lot of cadence reels the first one's are 8 years old and take a lot of abuse due to fishing the bristol avon with heavy crowquill and bolo floats the 4000 size suits this perfectly and has lasted brilliantly despite being covered in groundbait and dirt i have now got a 5000 and another 4000 as I have total confidence in them also the customer service by Martine is excellent.

I haven't used them yet, but on first impressions they look mint. I like the reel, it is smooth, well-built.I like the choice of handles and the 3 spools which I need as I like to silver fish on braid, carp on thick Mono and silver on thinner mono so 3 spools is a real plus for me...the little details on the handle are lovely. The rod looks and feels perfect....and the whip oh my...what can I say....Love the feel of it..tips perfect, the coned sections are brilliant...

I can't wait to get out to use them......10/10 for me.......

Well what a product, nice size for a 4000 reel looks great will definitely bay another.

Was a bit worried about size and handle shape didn't,t need to a superb reel smooth winding ,excellent drag ,good line lay and looks good too what,s not to like we'll done cadence

Awesome piece of kit lovely and smooth excellent drag system and it’s no slouch either would recommend it highly

Last year I bought two CS10 4000 reels for my float rods and was very impressed with the feeling and balance of these reels. The retrieve ratio is very good and line lay also good when using the choice of spindle washers. This year I bought a third reel and it's even better again. An improved handle grip and no need for plastic washers under the reel along with all the great features previously. I would happily recommend a great reel and a good price.

I fell out with my closed face reel I have been using for trotting with a 15' acolyte. Decided to give a fixed spool a go and went for one of these after a bit of online research/comparison against similar reels.
Loving it so far. Very responsive bale arm and cracking drag. Looking forward to seeing how it handles a barbel soon...

Pascal

Fanatic reels , high quality and great service , thanks __

Well what an incredible reel brilliant engineering so smooth with a brilliant drag system on first trip with the reel used with Cadence CR10 10ft#2 feeder rod caught from small silvers to 16ld mirror carp on local water just can not fault this reel dont be put of by its smaller size as in my opinion it casts much better than most over size spools as its the build quality that counts will be adding to my Cadence products as needed with great customer support what more can you ask for
