Top Kits and Extensions that fit all of our CP Pole range.

All kits are supplied with puller kit reinforcement area. We can supply pullers at cost price. Please contact us for more information.

Power Top 2 Kit 3.8mm or 4.5mm - length 2.4m - The new power kits interchange with the original kits, they are 2 piece and are 2.4m in length. We offer 2 different tip diameters (3.8mm or 4.5mm). These kits are supplied bushed, and are rated up to #20 elastic.

Match Top 2 Kit - These new kits interchange with the original CP Poles & Kits. They are 2 piece with a length of 2.4m. The Match top has tip diameter of 2.8mm and is pre-bushed. Maximum elastic rating is #12.

Cupping Kit - The new cupping kit interchanges with the original CP Poles, and is designed as the same length as our new Match and Power Top 2’s (2.4m). Supplied with two Cadence Branded Cups.

All new kits - All the new kits fit onto the #3 of the new CP Poles (CP900, CP1500 & CP3000) and also the CP800 Margin Pole. With reference to the CP1000 and CP2000, our new kits fit onto the #4 section.

Short #3/4 Section - Please note the new Top 2 Kits fit onto this section. For the new poles (CP900, CP1500 & CP3000) and CP800 Margin Pole, this section fits onto the #4 section. With reference to the CP1000 and CP2000, these new kits fit onto the #5.

CP Ghost F1 Top – This top kit was requested and developed by our brand ambassadors. Its designed to fit directly onto the #4 section of our CP2000, CP1000 and CP800. The top kit is one piece and 1.88m in length. The length is perfect when targeting F1’s on commercials and the ghost grey colour can help prevent spooking fish when fishing shallow and in the margins. The internal tip diameter of the kit is 3.80mm. The kit has a reinforced area designed for the addition of puller kits.

I have been fishing for a long time quite a few decades and over that period i have had quite a few poles. For the last 10 years or maybe more i have done what most anglers do and i have settled on a brand - in my case Drennan - and i have stuck with that brand as the various pole kits etc are compatible. I have had two issues - firstly top kits being too long - in my view circa 2.4m no longer is ideal. Secondly wind - if pole topskits are wide - they catch the wind more. For these reasons i have purchased a variety of Cadence kits and a Cadence pole - they are the right length and thin. I have used the 3.8mmm kits mostly thus far and they are very good no issues and a good price. The 4.5mm kits look good as well but i would like to land an angry 10 pounder on one first to be sure of the stregth - but they seem good.

Been looking for a new pole for quite a while,been to tackle shops and tried most of the top brands but most packages were not what I was looking for or too expensive for what you get,so I decided to create my own package with cadence and I'm glad I did,the pole is fantastic,stiff light and with the top kits I ordered plus other extras I saved a fortune,james and the team have been brilliant answering any questions I had,can't recommend enough.

Recently received and used my CP3000 pole package, on setting it up i was impressed with the stiffness at length, the joints feel strong, i very much like the fitted nose cones also very smooth feel making shipping easy. Also appreciated the available advice and friendly service on choosing the right top kits for the type of fishing i do. I shall certainly go back to Cadence as i increase my package.

Ordered these after breaking 2 of my G90 pro match kits, absolutely superb quality, really light and stiff. The G90 is not the stiffest of poles but these kits coupled with a short 4 totally transform it, I’ll be ordering some more very soon..

Brilliant, only received last week and prefer this top 2 to the more expensive professional top kits for my G90.

Had previously purchased CP800 sections to supplement top 5’s, 6’s and a 7 for my Daiwa G90 Pro. Have the 13m version given that I fish mainly in France and Luxembourg.
Recently broke an original Daiwa 4 and 5. Couldn’t find replacements in the UK during a recent visit so purchased sections from a CP1500. And a couple more top kits.
Martine was very helpful and I picked them up from the Redditch warehouse. Very happy.

Even as newbie to pole fishing I can appreciate the benefits of these mini extension and my fears that one would affect the poke is use are completely unfounded in fact I find it the complete opposite it seems to balance the pole with the added bonus of both a bit extra length and protection when the elbow is rested on it and when shipping the pole back

Fantastic piece of kit which is perfect when fishing quite short. It gives you a nice solid arm rest and protects the back end of the sections when shipping back. Doubles up on my Daiwa G90 as well and is a fraction of the price of the Daiwa equivalent! Will soon be swapping my G90 for the CP2000!

Light, stiff and fit both Cadence and daiwa poles. I also like it doesn’t come with a PTFE bust so I can select the one I want, perfect for a couple of finesse and some brutes for up against snags.
