Christmas 2024 Delivery Times

Wednesday 18th is our last despatch date before Christmas. We cannot guarantee that orders will arrive before Christmas, so if you’re ordering for Christmas, please order early 🙂

Cadence Fishing UK will be closed Friday 20th of December until Monday the 30th of December. We will despatch orders placed over Christmas on Monday 30th of December. We will then be closed until January 6th 2025 when we will resume normal operational hours.

Who will deliver your items?

For most orders we will deliver using UPS, smaller items may be sent via Royal Mail. We may also use DHL on occasion.

How long will my delivery take?

For mainland UK we aim to deliver your items within 3 – 5 working days from when your payment details are authorised.

How will I know when my order has been dispatched?

Once your order has been packed and is ready to be shipped you will receive an “Order Completed” email. This is your notification that your order has been processed and has been packed ready for collection on the same day. If you have supplied a mobile phone number, you will also receive a text message from UPS/DHL with your tracking details.

How can I check the status of my order?

You can check the status of any order by logging into your account.

What if there is a problem with delivery?

As with all mail order companies, Cadence Fishing is reliant upon third party delivery services. Whilst we endeavour to send your order to you as quick as possible, we are at the mercy of each delivery company to deliver your package to you in the time specified. We cannot be held responsible for a package that has arrived late due to an error by the courier company used. If your parcel does not arrive when you expect it to then please don’t hesitate to get in touch with us using the Contact Us page.

Where do we deliver to?

We currently deliver to the Rep. of Ireland and France only.

Will I have to pay any Import Taxes?

Due to Brexit, Cadence Fishing now charge the local VAT rate on all orders i.e. the VAT rate of the destination country.

VAT is collected at the point of sale, and Cadence Fishing will pay the import duty and other fees due.

Who will deliver your items?

For most orders, we will deliver using UPS.

How long will my delivery take?

Delivery to addresses in Ireland and France, will typically take 7 – 10 working days.

Will I have to pay any Import Taxes?

Cadence Fishing does not charge VAT on products sold outside of the United Kingdom. However, import charges may apply when the item reaches you, which needs to be paid for by you when it arrives. Please check with your local customs office for more information.

To view ex VAT prices, please register for an account and fill in the Shipping information. Once you select your country the website will begin to show prices ex VAT.
